Experienced in developing financial and cash flow models, scheduling loan disbursement and budgets, cost estimating and life cycle cost analysis, and performing valuation of vertical and buried assets for water utilities. Smart Water Analytics has conducted several due diligence studies for evaluation of existing conditions and development of action plans for rehabilitation and improvements of water infrastructure.
